[2023 Version] Set up GPS timekeeping

 Please contact terra team to activate this feature.
The terra system can identify the location of the workplace and allow timekeeping through the established GPS. Employees use the mobile app to clock in based on the registered location information.
To allow employees to check in at the workplace locations, the admin or an authorized account must set up the GPS timekeeping in advance by following these steps:
Note:
 Company > Setting > Check-in location > New > Enter timekeeping location information > Save

Definition
Explanation
Check-in location
Enter check-in location
Address
Enter the specific address of the check-in location
Longitude, Latitude
These two fields will be automatically filled based on the address field above.
Radius (m)
When being outside this radius, the system will block employees from clocking in via GPS.
The radius can be edited for various reasons, but terra recommends setting at least 20 meters to make it convenient for employees to check-in.
Status
Select Active to allow employees to clock in at the set location, or choose Disable to stop using this location.
Note: 
  • For businesses with multiple branches or locations, you can create as many check-in locations as needed.
  • After creating a check-in location, the admin or an authorized account can delete or edit the locations by following these steps:
