To check the information of working time on the timesheet via terra’s website or terra’s mobile app, following these steps:

Glossary
Explanation
1. Time
List of working months.
2. Standard working time
Estimated working hours in a month according to a set up sschedule
3. Overtime – Remaining (month/year)
User’s total amount of overtime working hours is recorded in the attendance sheet. The remaining overtime working limit follows the regulations of the Labor Law company's policy:
  • Working overtime outside the company: Overtime application must be approved.
  • Working overtime inside the company: Overtime application must be approved and user must check out on time.
4. Remaining annual leave
User’s remaining annual paid leave (up to present).
5. Actual working time
User’s actual working time in a month (excludes overtime).
6. Paid leave
The total amount of paid leave in a month (condition: the leave application must be approved first).
7. Unpaid leave
The total amount of unpaid leave and the hours of the user's late check-in/ early check-out time calculated in a month. Total unpaid leave = Standard working time – Actual working time.
8. Holiday
Holiday is based on the data when creating schedule.
9. Business trip
The number of days from user’s business trips (condition: “Business trip & WFH” application must be approved).
10. Plan
Standard check in/check out time according to the working schedule.
11. Actual
Actual check in/check out time according to the records from system.

There are requests for changing timesheet plan or attendance time waiting for approval.
Note:
  • If working calendar has not been created, attendance data will not be shown on the system.
  • The working screen displays data month by month.

 Steps: Main screen > Working time > Working > Summary.

Glossary
Explanation
Actual working time
User’s actual working time in a month (excludes overtime).
Paid leave
The total amount of paid leave in a month (condition: the leave application must be approved first).
Unpaid leave
The total amount of unpaid leave and the hours of the user's late check-in/ early check-out time calculated in a month. Total unpaid leave = Standard working time – Actual working time.
Special leave
Special leave regulated by the Labor law (condition: the leave application must be approved first)
Holiday
Holiday is based on the data when creating schedule.
Business trip
The number of days from user’s business trips (condition: “Business trip & WFH” application must be approved).
