A. Notification sending rules

  • Only requests that can be approved on the mobile app (Leave, Overtime, Business trips & WFH, Adjustments, Shift changes, etc.) can send notifications as configured in the system.
  • Here is the table describing which accounts receive notifications according to the request handling scenarios:

❌: Notification not received

B. Set up notification recipients
For easy worktime requests and employees' work status management, in addition to the request creators, the admin account can set up the system to send notifications of approval results to relevant individuals within the created approval workflow by following these steps:
Steps:
Company > Access rights > Workflow setup > Timesheet approval > Switch on
