Apply for overtime
Employees can apply for overtime during weekday, weekend, or holiday according to Labor law and company’s policy.
To apply for overtime:
Under [Individual], select [Working & Leave], then select the [Overtime] tab. In this tab, choose [Add new] and fill in the required information: Overtime type, Overtime date, Overtime hours, Reason, and select an Approver. Finally, click [Save] to complete.

Register for overtime
Note: Explanation for Outside working section:

Outside working selected: When the Overtime application is approved, the system will register the overtime without the employee having to enter their actual working time in their timesheet.

Outside working not selected: When the Overtime application is approved, the system will only register the overtime when the employee enters their actual working time in their timesheet.

Attachment files can be uploaded to the Attachment section as needed, even when the application is approved.

Notes relating to the application can be entered in the Note section, even when the application is approved.
