Automatic approval

When the user applying and requesting approval is also present in the current Approval step (for that application), the system will consider their application already approved in that step. 

Example:

The below overtime approval process is comprised of 2 steps of approval:

(1) Step 1: Production supervisor (Nguyễn Văn A);

(2) Step 2: Production manager (Trần Văn B).

Mr. A logs in to terra System and applies for overtime. In step 1, the system recognizes that the person applying and the Approver are the same person. This triggers automatic approval in step 1, and then moves the request to step 2 for Mr B to approve.

If there is only 1 step of approval with Mr A being the Approver, automatic approval will also be triggered and the system will consider the application completely approved.
